Profile Information

Creators may provide additional information such as social media handles, follower counts, niche/category, bio, portfolio links, and profile images. Brands may provide company name, website, and campaign details.

Payment Information

When creators subscribe to a membership plan, we collect payment-related information necessary to process the transaction. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store full payment card details on our servers.

For brand-to-creator payments, we collect relevant transaction details to facilitate and track payment escrow through the platform.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with CreatorGo, including pages visited, features used, campaign interactions, chat messages sent through the platform, and device/browser information.

Uploaded Content

Any images, media, or files you upload to CreatorGo (profile pictures, campaign deliverables, portfolio items) are stored securely on our cloud infrastructure.

3. Payment & Financial Data

Creator Subscriptions: Creators who opt for a membership plan are charged a subscription fee. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers. We store transaction records (amount, date, plan type) but not full card details.

Brand-to-Creator Payments: When a brand pays a creator for campaign work, CreatorGo holds the payment in escrow until the work is verified as complete. This escrow arrangement is designed to protect both parties. Financial details related to these transactions are stored securely and used solely for payment processing and dispute resolution.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data only in these limited circumstances:

• With other users: Your profile information (name, bio, niche, social handles) is visible to other CreatorGo users as part of the platform's functionality.
• Service providers: We use trusted third-party services for hosting, image storage, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers only access data necessary to perform their services.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
• Safety: We may share information to protect the safety, rights, or property of CreatorGo, our users, or the public.
