4. Creator Membership & Subscription Fees
CreatorGo offers optional membership plans for creators/influencers that provide access to premium features. By subscribing to a membership plan, you agree to the following:
- Subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or credited — regardless of whether you cancel your subscription before the billing period ends.
- Subscriptions may be billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, but your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued.
- CreatorGo reserves the right to change subscription prices with prior notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- Failure to pay subscription fees may result in downgrade or suspension of premium features.
5. Payment Terms & Escrow
CreatorGo facilitates payments between brands and creators for campaign work. To protect both parties from fraud and ensure fair transactions, the following payment terms apply:
5.1 Payment Escrow
When a brand agrees to pay a creator for campaign work, the payment amount is held by CreatorGo in escrow. This means:
- The brand's payment is securely held by CreatorGo and is not immediately transferred to the creator.
- The payment is released to the creator only after the brand verifies and approves the completed work through the Platform.
- This escrow system exists to protect brands from paying for work that is not delivered or does not meet the agreed-upon requirements.
5.2 Work Completion & Payment Release
- Once a creator submits their deliverables, the brand reviews the work and marks it as complete on the Platform.
- Upon the brand marking work as complete, the escrowed payment is released to the creator.
- If a dispute arises regarding work quality or delivery, CreatorGo may mediate between the parties. CreatorGo's decision in such disputes is final.
5.3 Non-Delivery by Creator
If a creator fails to deliver the agreed-upon work within the campaign timeline, the brand may request a full refund of the escrowed amount. CreatorGo will review the case and, if the non-delivery is confirmed, return the escrowed funds to the brand.
5.4 Brand Obligations
- Brands must fund the escrow before a creator begins work.
- Brands must review and approve/reject submitted work within a reasonable timeframe.
- Brands may not withhold approval unreasonably or without valid cause.
5.5 Platform Fee
CreatorGo may charge a service fee on transactions. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before a transaction is confirmed.
6. Acceptable Use
By using CreatorGo, you agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent campaign listings or creator profiles
- Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or threaten other users

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
CreatorGo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- CreatorGo acts as a marketplace that connects brands and creators. We are not a party to agreements made between brands and creators beyond facilitating the connection and holding payments in escrow.
